Chinese Elm

Some trees offer that little bit of difference that captivates you. Here, it’s the tree trunk. The old, brown-grey bark peels off to reveal a fruity orange colour. Elsewhere, the leaves, with their fine serration, change colour from a medium green in summer to a golden hue in Autumn. Suited to street and avenue planting, the Chinese Elm is remarkably hardy and will flourish almost anywhere.
