ACER palmatum dissectum ‘Orangeola’ – Fluorescent Orange Weeping Maple
Product Details
Fluorescent Orange Weeping Maple
Branches weep to the ground in a rounded mound, creating a graceful, compact silhouette. Leaves emerge bright orange-red in Spring, mature to green through Summer while fresh red growth continues to appear, then return to a vivid orange-red in Autumn. A second flush of orange often overlays older foliage for a two-tone effect, and the colourful leaves commonly persist later into Winter than other maples. Deciduous, performs well in hotter climates and grows at a moderate rate to about 2m in 10 years.
Suitable for: Courtyards, containers, rockery plantings, sheltered borders and ponds.
Features: Weeping rounded habit; bright orange-red Spring foliage; two-tone seasonal effect.
Botanical Name: ACER palmatum dissectum ‘Orangeola’
