Sponsorship & Community

At Easy Big Trees we’re committed to nurturing both trees and community spirit. We donate trees and small gifts to schools, sports clubs and local events and host workshops and nursery tours to share practical horticultural know-how. Through these partnerships we cultivate community growth that flourishes as vibrantly as the forests we love.

Southland A&P Show 2026

We marked Southland Heritage Month by donating an Apple ‘Blush Babe’ at last Saturday’s Southland A&P Show. Blush Babe is a compact, productive little tree with crisp fruit that colours beautifully. A fitting prize for a region that values good growing and a tree that will give its new owner plenty to look forward to.

They’re focused on riparian planting around the creek and also more broadly for the returning biodiversity and beautification of the area. Together they’re helping nature recover across Aotearoa New Zealand. It is great being a part of this community project.
