…Sam, our Production Manager

Sam

Sam brings a rare mix of creativity and practical know how. She spent ten years as a florist, learning how plants behave, how they respond to care and how to bring out their best. Later, working in landscaping around Queenstown, she saw the other side of the process, placing plants into real environments and understanding how they perform once they leave the nursery.

That background shows in her work every day. Sam has a steady, thoughtful approach to production, keeping an eye on growth, timing and quality. She’s hands on, calm under pressure and has a natural feel for when something needs attention. At home, her creativity shifts to the kitchen where she’s known for turning simple ingredients into meals her two children love. The rest of us remain hopeful she’ll bring a plate in one day.
