Another frosty week here in Southland – winter has definitely arrived!
Looking pretty in the frosts this week is theย Osmanthus fragrans – or Sweet False Olive. With its large glossy green leaves and delicate yet beautifully perfumed flowers, this tree can be smelt from a distance!
With dense, bushy habit, and deep green foliage it makes a tidy hedge or screen. Hardy, evergreen, grows to 3m+.
